I never really had a fitness background growing up, and just like my kids, I've always been a fussy eater. 

when i became a dad in 2018, while running my own business and trying to prioritise quality time for mum and dad, getting in shape was the last thing on my mind. The Fitness industry isn't geared towards parents. 

I became a dad for the second (and third) time to twins in 2021, but sadly also lost my own dad 2 weeks later. 

I was at rock bottom in my life, the worst i had ever felt but my family needed me the most. 

in 2022, i decided it was finally time to prioritise myself, so i could really set the right example for my kids. 

I now help dads who want to lose weight and rebuild routines that actually last, without coaching extremes.
